Those responsible for repair and maintenance work on critical infrastructure and military equipment now have a more powerful tool in their toolbox: the HMS SiNGRAY G2, industrial augmented reality glasses connected to Kognitiv Spark’s mixed reality platform, RemoteSpark.
With the Singray G2, remote workers in the Defence, Energy and Manufacturing sectors can call an expert through RemoteSpark, and the expert sees what the technician sees. The expert can talk them through the job, mark up the equipment in front of them, and send over 3D models, manuals and schematics. The technician keeps both hands on the work.

What the G2 adds to RemoteSpark
RemoteSpark already runs on a range of devices, from Android smart glasses to laptops and phones. The G2 gives customers something they have been asking for since HoloLens 2 left the market: a fully standalone, stereoscopic 3D AR headset for true holographic work. Each capability maps to a real job-site need:
Full 3D holograms, anchored in place. Kilohertz-level tracking keeps models and annotations fixed to the equipment, so the expert's arrow points to the right valve every time.
A clearer view for the expert. High-resolution capture and depth sensing give the person on the other end of the call better information to work with.
Power for heavier content. Tracking runs on its own vision processor, which leaves headroom for detailed 3D models and live video in the same session.
No mid-job shutdowns. Hot-swappable power means a long repair or a full inspection round doesn't stop for charging.
Built for tough environments. IP65 sealing and bright Micro-OLED displays take mixed reality off the clean-room floor and onto decks, rigs and plant floors.
Adheres to key safety standards. The G2 is compliant with key IEC ratings (62368-1, 62471 and 60825-1) and has passed drop-ball and impact tests.
