The Kognitiv Spark Innovation Team is accepting applications for a dynamic, experienced individual to fulfill the role of Holographic Networking & Support Specialist. Reporting to the CTO, this individual will be responsible for the quality lifecycle of RemoteSpark.
RemoteSpark consists of a client application running Windows 10 computers and the HoloLens. This client connects to a cloud backend to enable mixed reality communications. We are looking for someone to validate the client and server application and the communications and data flow from the client to server.
No previous QA experience is required. We’re looking for a highly organized individual with fanatical attention to detail matched with a deep technical understanding of the flow of bits and bytes with a thirst to learn the new field of spatial computing and mixed reality.
The right candidate will want to understand how every facet of RemoteSpark works to help deliver quality to the customer experience from client interface to maintaining the SLA of the cloud infrastructure.
Just as important, you are outgoing, tenacious, and will not stop until a solution is found. You are customer-centric, and you strive to ensure client success at every opportunity. Your attention to detail allows you to develop and maintain the QA standard for RemoteSpark, all the while polishing your deep understanding and practical experience with enterprise networking technologies to ensure deployment success. Working with our Customer Success Team, you will assist in technical discussions with our clients and their ability to integrate RemoteSpark into their enterprise.
The interview process will be multiple interviews ranging from the initial conversation to demonstrating your ability in a lab environment.
This role is varied and unique. You will not be doing the same old thing day in and day out.

RemoteSpark is our mixed reality communications platform for industrial remote support. RemoteSpark connects field technicians/engineers to subject matter experts with interactive 3D content, artificial intelligence, and live IoT data. We enable field workers to excel by completing tasks faster and correctly the first time, every time. Our platform reduces equipment downtime, costly expert travel, and facilitates knowledge transfer.
